DEAR VALUED CUSTOMER,

Spring is finally here! Let’s make some wine and Beer!

It’s time to start those Summer wines and beers. Here are a few suggestions.

Wine: red-wine-pouring.jpg

Gewurztraminer: A distinctive and exotic wine with a racy edge and pronounced spicess and fruit that defines the wine. An off-dry or slightly sweetened white wine with flavors of mango, grapefruit, honey and spice. Lightly chilled paired with spicy dishes.

Riesling: This off dry white wine is a light straw color with aromas of citrus.  Crisp fruity flavors with hints of apricots and honey. Paired well with antipasto plates.

NIAGRA MIST fruit wine kits.

In 4-weeks  these kits produce 6 gallons of a delightful wine. They are light and refreshing, perfect for that warm summer day.

Current selection available: Pink Grapefruit Blush, Black Cherry Pinot Noir, Green Apple Sauvignon Blanc, Raspberry Merlot, Tropical Fruit Riesling, Sangria Zinfandel, Peach Chardonnay, Orchard Crisp Riesling and White Pear Pinot Grigio.

Beer:

Apricot Wheat: Refreshing with subtle mild flavor and tart apricot crispness. Combing Bavarian wheat malt with German noble hops.

Lawn Mower Lager: Classic American lager refreshingly smooth, clean and crisp. Not your typical “Bud” this beer has a nice hop aroma and subtle lite malt backbone to it.

Session Pale Ale: A classic American Pale Ale that is lite on alcohol but full on flavor. Made with all Cascade hops to create that distinguished west coast flavor.
