Introduction to Beer & Wine Making: This class is Free and is held every Saturday from September to the end of June at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. It is designed for the first time beer or wine maker. The class includes an overview of how to make beer and wine, how to use your equipment, and the importance of sanitation. No registration is needed. Just come by.
During the summer months, Introductory Classes are held by appointment. So call.
Extract with Grains: This class is designed for the new brewer who is ready to move up to partial grain mashes, hops and malt. In this class, you will learn how to steep the grains, add the hops ad malt to make your perfect beer. An actual beer recipe will be made. Pre-registration is required as well as a registration fee.
All Grain Brewing: This class is designed for extract brewers who want to make the jump to all grain brewing. We will make a 5 gallon batch of beer and show you the equipment and techniques used in all grain brewing. Preregistration is required as well as a registration fee.
