Classes and Specials

Personal classes are given on a one on one basis at
the time of purchasing a wine or beer making equipment.
We do not give classes on making wine from grapes, inquire
at the location you buy your grapes from. Many will
tell you where you can get info on wine making from
grapes or contact the American Wine Society for a class
near you. It is highly recommended you take a class
before making wine from grapes. It is not a simple matter
of buying juice or grapes and letting it ferment into
wine. If you missed this years grape season you are
lucky as you have the rest of the year to learn the
correct way of making wine. I always suggest you start
making wine from kits so you can have some hands on
the process. Our personal classes give you the expertise
to make great wines at home 12 month a year.
