Winter Issue

Winter is in full swing but that does not mean you can’t brew or make wine. Make your next snow day a brew day!

St. Patrick’s day is coming soon, be ready with a batch of homebrew stout or wine for your St. Patty’s day party.

We have several different Stout kits available:

Russian Imperial Stout: A heavy, malty stout with huge roasted, chocolate and coffee malt flavors. 9.3%

Rogue Shakespeare Stout: A rich, earthy favor and mellow chocolate finish. 5.8%

Dry Irish Stout: Light bodied and dry w/faint espresso sweetness. Rich roasted flavor.  4.7%

Oatmeal Stout: Full bodied slightly sweet with nutty roasted coffee flavor.  5%

Barolo: No it’s not a stout but compliments it well.  The aroma of Barolo wine reminds of ripe strawberries, roses, violets, tar, and truffles. Barolos may have a wide range of complex aromas, including dried fruit, licorice,

tobacco, herbs etc.

Want to pour your stout on nitro. We have all the equipment you need to pour that perfect pint.
